Do I need to do anything before your operators arrive?
A tidy, uncluttered area allows us to complete the job more efficiently and in good time.
Please clear away where possible small items. You don't need to move heavy items of furniture, our operator will do this.

How long will it take to clean my carpets?

This depends on the extent of cleaning required.  As a guide - a 3 bedroom house between 2.5 and 3 hours.

How long will my carpet / upholstery take to dry?

This again depends on the type of carpet and fabric.  Most carpets are fully dried within two hours.  Upholstery can take longer to dry sometimes.  Again though it depends on the cleaning requirements.

Is your company fully insured?

Carpet pro is fully insured with Public and Product Liability.  This covers you, our staff and your home from any problems.

Do you charge per hour or per job?

We charge per job. We give you a quote gathered from information gathered about your carpet. 

I work 9-5, can you help?

We work flexible hours including weekends.  Late night cleans will incur a small fee.  We can also arrange to pick your keys up from a neighbour, friend or family member.  Again this will ocur a small fee. Someone has to be there at completion to inspect the results and pay the outstanding balance.
