Service
Carpet Pro Ltd agrees to perform the work specified by the Client in a
professional manner using every care to accomplish a satisfactory service.
Claims
and Insuance
Carpet Pro Ltd is insured by Allianz Cornhill Insurance plc and has full
product, public and employer's liability cover. In case of a complaint,
we require information within 24 hours by telephone or within 1 week in
writing subsequent to the completed service. No claims can be made against
Carpet Pro Ltd after the above time limits.
Carpet
Cleaning
The balance outstanding should be settled on the day the job is completed.
There is a £30 minimum callout charge.
Please note that in some cases the Client's carpets cannot be cleaned
as new because of old or permanent damage/stains that cannot be removed
completely using Carpet Pro Ltd carpet cleaning equipment. Our operatives
use the latest top of the range PROCHEM extraction systems and chemicals.
Situations when such damage/stains occur must not be classified as unsuccessful
and a full payment for the job should be made.
If the Client is not satisfied with the service we have to be allowed
to come again and re-clean free of charge, otherwise no refund will be
claimed. Carpet Pro Ltd is not responsible for: - wear or discolouring
of fabrics becoming more visible once dirt has been removed
Carpet Cleaning
The Client may cancel/re-schedule a cleaning visit by giving at least
24 hours notice. If not notified on time Carpet Pro Ltd will charge a
cancellation fee of up to 40% of the quoted price or minimum of £30
for the booked service.
Additional Fees
If you are a company or for any reason you have not paid on the day of
cleaning, please, do so within 30 days, otherwise there will be 2% penalty
charge per day.
Cheques returned or represented by our bank will incur an administration
charge of £25 per transaction.
Over night work and early morning work can be carried out. This will be priced into the job.

Pro Ltd reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms
and conditions
